  • Alleviate foot, knee and ankle pain with daily activities on and off the bike.

  • Learn How the foot drives knee, hip and back pain and what can be done about it (exercises and treatment).

  • Learn what the foot should do in walking and running.

Revolutions in Fitness and Evolution Trainers is proud to sponsor an Evening with Dr. Amy Saltzman. Join us on Thursday, September 26th from 7:00-8:30pm at our Mountain View location.

Dr. Amy is a long time athlete, holistic physician, mindfulness coach, devoted student of transformation, and author of A Still Quiet Place for Athletes: Mindfulness Skills for Achieving Peak Performance and Finding Flow in Sports and in Life. Dr. Amy has offered mindfulness coaching to national champions, a NCAA Division 1 MVP, and university athletic departments.

Over the course of the evening you will engage in practices for:

  • Strengthening mental focus, physical awareness, and emotional resilience

  • Freeing yourself from distracting or negative thoughts and feelings

  • Increasing the ability to persevere during periods of plateau, set-back, and injury

  • Intensifying your natural love of your sport

  • Experiencing joy and flow
