Hands on, state-of-the-art techniques
You’ll benefit from our individualized services and hands-on care, which takes advantage of the most recent and state-of-the-art treatment techniques. Depending on your needs, treatment may include manual therapy, Active Release Techniques, strength training, soft tissue and joint mobilization, sport-specific rehabilitation, core-stabilization, movement re-training, and aerobic conditioning.
We are different that most physical therapists.
- Our physical therapy sessions are a full hour of one-on-one hands-on care with a licensed physical therapist
- We use manual therapy and exercise therapy to find and treat the source of your pain
- Our team includes renowned physical therapists trusted by Olympians and recreational exercisers alike
- We communicate with your doctors and other health professionals to achieve maximum results.
Individualized Recovery Plans
Each and every client’s recovery plan is absolutely unique. Crafted from an initial biomechanical assessment, and only with a solid understanding of your current limitations and recovery goals, your recovery plan will be yours, and yours alone. Together we will identify not only concrete long-term goals, but also the short-term goals that will mark your progress along the way. Throughout the recovery process we will continually re-evaluate your biomechanics and progression.
TelePhysio Appointments
Many of our clients are saying how surprisingly effective their TelePhysio appointments have been. They are noting immediate changes in pain and function. During these sessions, your PT can provide you with options for self-mobilization in lieu of the manual therapy that you would get from an in-person visit. While we know an in-person visit is always optimal whenever possible, these self-mobilizations will provide you with many of the same benefits.
