We are so pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a courtesy billing service for our physical therapy patients. Alleviating the burden of insurance paperwork allows you to  concentrate on your health. All you have to do is provide your insurance information- we take care of the rest. 

There are many reasons we do not accept insurance up front. We feel that our individualistic and personalized methods are going to get you better results. Decisions about your care are not dictated by insurance companies rules and restrictions at our clinic. We are solving complex issues which is why we strongly believe in our hour long sessions, with one-on-one attention from a doctor. We have the flexibility to tailor your course of treatment and get you back to the active, pain-free life that we all deserve. 

 

We are grateful that you chose us, rather than an in-network provider, to put your health in our hands. Now, we can make it an even better experience for you by helping your get reimbursed by your insurance company.

 

If you are interested in this free service, all you need to do is provide your insurance information in your online Revolutions in Fitness portal, or at the front desk. If you have out of network coverage, we will submit your claims for you, so you can focus on getting back to doing the things you love!
